Evans County Charter School System Establishes Local Vendor List

The Evans County Charter School System is excited to announce the establishment of a Local Vendor List. This list will serve as a vital resource for communicating requests for quotes, bids, and proposals related to district projects and needs.

Attention Local Vendors:

We invite all local businesses and service providers to join our Local Vendor List. By registering, you will receive notifications about opportunities to submit quotes, bids, and proposals for various district-related projects and services.

How to Register:

• Click ECCSS Vendor List Form to complete the electronic form.

• Visit the ECCSS Website and complete the electronic registration form or print out the PDF version and mail it to:

• Print and complete the form and drop it off at the District Office:

• Forms are also available at the District Office.

Vendor Responsibilities:

• Stay Updated: It is the responsibility of each vendor to notify the district of any changes to your contact information or services provided. Simply resubmit the Vendor Registration Form.

• Be Ready: Ensure your business is prepared to respond to requests promptly and provide competitive quotes, bids, and proposals.

Joining the vendor list does not guarantee a local vendor will have the winning bid or project, as the Evans County Charter School System must follow federal, state, and local regulations regarding bid selection. However, it will ensure that local companies have an opportunity to bid.
