To ensure a commitment that ALL students have the opportunity and support to achieve the high levels of learning and character development required for successful college, career, and community endeavors through partnerships with students, parents, staff, and the community.

Increase engagement and collaboration across the district and throughout the community

Engage students in a way that contributes to their academic, social-emotional, and overall development to prepare every student for college, career, and community success

GOAL 3: Operations

Recruit and retain effective teachers and staff, who meet the district’s diverse needs, and promote students’ learning by providing quality school nutrition, transportation, and extracurricular programs

GOAL 4: Facilities and Safety

Ensure students are educated in an innovative environment that is safe, secure, and well-maintained

Ensure ECCSS is using its resources to further its mission in educating all students
