CES Family Night at the Book Fair - TODAY 3:30-6:30
Parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, and community members are all welcome to drop in and shop our Spring Book Fair. Lots of great books and Art/STEM/Activity kits. We also have some great gift ideas to be used as Easter basket fillers. Enter in the back door of the Media Center (the corner of the building between the Main Enterance and the Pre-K entrance. CHS celebrated Johnafer Carter signing his letter of intent to play football at Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, KY.
Johnafer thanked his family, friends, coaches, & teachers for supporting him & offered a special word of thanks to honor Ms. Sikes.

Mrs. Cowart, Ms. Miyon and Ms. Taylor's class learned about making a difference and supporting World Down Syndrome Day. We all can make a difference by offering a smile and being kind!

Congratulations to 8th grader Hannah Hendrix on her first place Young Georgia Author story! Her story will move on to state level for judging. Congratulations also to 6th grader Lily Eason on her 2nd place score. We are very proud to call you Claxton Middle School Tigers!

Turtle Book Fair will be in the CES Media Center all week. Books starting at $4 along with lots of STEM, Art, and Science activity kits. These would be great hands-on activities for the kiddos to do during Spring Break. There are also books and other items that would be fun Easter basket fillers. Ms. McElveen's class celebrated St. Patrick’s Day and Dr. Seuss by making green eggs and ham. They also read Green Eggs and Ham while they enjoyed their brunch.
