Please help ECCSS recognize and celebrate the CHS Class of 2026! These students participated in their 9th Grade Commitment Ceremony yesterday at CHS. This event is designed to welcome and celebrate our incoming CHS freshman students. We have it each year to help familiarize students with life at CHS and as an opportunity for our 9th grade class to formally and publicly commit to high school graduation! The Class of 2026 was welcomed by Ms. Rushing and Ms. Durrence, two of our CHS Counselors, and by Dr. Mizell, our CHS principal. Three former CHS 9th graders, Miranda Garrido, Conner Miller, and Ruben Berry, shared inspiring words of wisdom with the Class of 2026! Ms. Hart and our CHS Culinary classes treated attendees to refreshments! Thanks to all the students, parents, and families who attended, and thanks to our CHS students and staff for making the 9th Grade Commitment Ceremony a special event for the Class of 2026!
