Read Across America week
Supreme Miss CES, Harper West, practiced all week to be a "special" reader for Read Across America. Big sister, Tanslei was on the schedule to read and Harper wanted to be also. She took this opportunity to inspired a Pre-K class to keep learning and so they too would be readers soon. She did an amazing job reading and had mastered the skill of reading while holding the book for the audience to see. (which is no easy task)
