Huge shout-outs to CHS, Coach Hill, and our Evans County Recreation Department for hosting an AWESOME Youth Football Camp this past Saturday!
We loved seeing these campers take the field and ignite their passion for the game.
All campers received hands-on coaching and went through various drills to learn, develop, and enhance their skills. The future of football looks bright, thanks to all our CHS and recreation coaches, trainers, and football players are pouring into these summer opportunities!

Last week, during the Washington Youth Tour, Damonae was named National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) representative for Georgia for the Youth Leadership Council for the upcoming year!
Only 🤩🤩🤩one student 🤩🤩🤩from each state is selected, and we are so proud of Damonae being chosen to represent GA, sweet GA! This opportunity will allow winners from each state to further develop their leadership skills. We are thankful to Canoochee EMC and the NRECA for investing in Damonae and other youth from our area and across the nation!

The Summer Feeding Program will not be serving breakfast or lunch this Monday due to it being Juneteenth, a federal holiday. We will look forward to serving any children 18 and under on Tuesday! We serve breakfast from 7:30 - 8:30 and lunch from 11:00 - 12:30.

Monday 6/19/23 is a federal holiday. We will CANCEL Summer Classes for this Monday, June 19, 2023.
Classes will resume Tuesday June 20. Buses will pick up students on Tuesday. Classes will only be from Tuesday through Thursday this week. NO classes on Friday.
