It's not the Olympics, but it's close! Students in High School Transitions classes are competing in teams to complete pathway-related activities. The games will culminate in the ultimate competition between Coach Oglesby and Mrs. Hendrix's classes.
The purpose of these games is to review each of the pathways offered at The DEN. Students are competing in three events per pathway. These events include activities such as following a recipe to make yogurt parfaits, measuring and administering medicine according to instructions, using basic hand tools, wearing firefighting gear and crawling through a small space, and many more.
