Last week, during the Washington Youth Tour, Damonae was named National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) representative for Georgia for the Youth Leadership Council for the upcoming year!
Only 🤩🤩🤩one student 🤩🤩🤩from each state is selected, and we are so proud of Damonae being chosen to represent GA, sweet GA! This opportunity will allow winners from each state to further develop their leadership skills. We are thankful to Canoochee EMC and the NRECA for investing in Damonae and other youth from our area and across the nation!

The Summer Feeding Program will not be serving breakfast or lunch this Monday due to it being Juneteenth, a federal holiday. We will look forward to serving any children 18 and under on Tuesday! We serve breakfast from 7:30 - 8:30 and lunch from 11:00 - 12:30.

Classes will resume Tuesday June 20. Buses will pick up students on Tuesday. Classes will only be from Tuesday through Thursday this week. NO classes on Friday.
